Forklift Operator
Location: Lunenburg, MA
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Pay Rate: $21.76/hour

Are you a skilled Forklift Operator looking for the right opportunity in a fast-paced environment? Kelly is partnering with Smurfit Westrock to find an experienced Forklift Operator for their off-site warehouse in Lunenburg, MA. Join a driven team that values safety, accuracy, and teamwork!
What You’ll Do:
- Safely operate industrial forklifts and perform daily equipment inspections
- Track, move, load, and unload materials, ensuring quality, accuracy, and condition
- Meet customer delivery requirements, loading up to 25 trailers daily
- Use an RF scanner for material handling and documentation
- Palletize and stretch wrap units; complete all necessary paperwork
- Support production lines and assist other departments as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work area, including changing propane tanks and cleaning warehouse/loading docks
Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license
- Prior forklift experience in a high-speed environment preferred
- Forklift certification (recent preferred; we will train candidates willing to learn)
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn proprietary software
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English; basic math and tape measure skills
- Strong attendance and availability for overtime, weekends, or alternate shifts
- Physical ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, kneel, use stairs, and drive in reverse throughout the shift
