Location: Middletown, PA
Pay Rate: $21.25/hr
Shift: 3rd Shift | Sunday – Thursday | 10:30PM – 7:00AM
Job Summary
We are looking for Electronics Assemblers to join our manufacturing team in Middletown, PA. This is a hands-on production position working with wires, cables, electronic components, circuit boards, batteries, and electrical equipment.
You will assemble components, perform basic testing, inspect products for quality, and follow detailed work instructions. Manufacturing or assembly experience is preferred, but candidates with experience in wiring, soldering, electrical work, electronics, or hands-on production are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble electronic and electrical components according to work instructions.
- Work with wires, cables, connectors, terminals, circuit boards, and other components.
- Perform soldering and basic electrical connections.
- Test batteries, electronic components, and finished products using designated equipment.
- Perform basic electrical and functional testing.
- Inspect products for proper assembly, connections, and quality.
- Use hand tools and basic testing equipment.
- Follow work instructions, drawings, and production specifications.
- Identify and report quality issues or defective components.
- Complete production and quality paperwork accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Meet production and quality expectations.
- Follow all company safety and quality procedures.
Qualifications
- Manufacturing, production, assembly, or warehouse experience preferred.
- Electronics or electrical experience is a plus.
- Soldering experience is preferred but not required.
- Experience working with wires, cables, connectors, or small components is a plus.
- Ability to use basic hand tools.
- Good hand dexterity and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow written instructions and procedures.
- Ability to perform repetitive hands-on work.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
