Pick and Pack Worker
Location: Burlington, KY
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour ($2 differential for 2nd shift)
Working hours:
6a- 2:30 pm (working 10 hours now as needed) & Sat every other week
3p- 11:30pm (working 10 hour shifts now as needed) & Sat every other week
Kelly is seeking detail-oriented and reliable Pick and Pack Workers to work a temporary to hire type opportunity at a global technology company in Burlington, KY. This role is essential to ensuring the accurate and timely preparation of outgoing shipments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pack orders that have been picked, verifying product quantities and part numbers to ensure order accuracy
- Label boxes and prepare parcels for shipment in accordance with company procedures
- Utilize computers to access, review, and confirm order details
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to all safety guidelines
Qualifications:
- Comfortable using computers for order processing tasks
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is a plus, but not required
What We Offer:
- Competitive pay at $18.00 per hour
- Hiring bonus of $500
- Referral bonus of $500: 1/2 paid after 30 days of employment and 1/2 paid after 90 days
- $1 per hour pay increase when hired on permanently
