L3 Inventory Technician Lead
Folsom, California
Mon – Fri 8:00am – 5:00pm
Pay Rate: $27.00/hr W2

Job Overview & Qualifications:
- Direct and fully understand tasks for team on a daily basis
- Communicate tasks with priority to team to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Clear written and verbal communications skills
- Drive improvement and changes in the team
- Monitor and manage team performance by issuing warnings
- Drive team to reach Metric goals set by customer
- Maintain constant updates and completion of tickets on customer ticketing system
- Spot check employees work to ensure team accuracy is maintained
- Assisting the team when needed in any tasks
- Capable of doing all Level 1 & 2 responsibilities including identifying, tracking, receiving, storing, and labeling incoming materials, picking, packing, delivering materials to local customers, and shipping to other sites with minimal supervision
- Be able to move material with carts and pallet jacks using safety precautions (Electric Pallet Jack and Forklift only if training provided via customer approved training supplier is completed)
- Maintain a safe, clean, accurate and organized environment and storage areas within the warehouse and lab spaces
- Verify shipment accuracy for team before shipping material
- Ensure timely and accurate moving of material and equipment around the lab and campus
- Labeling materials with 1D/2D barcodes and custom labels per customer procedures
- Conduct audits of material based on transactions
- Deduce the reason for errors if any are found in audits
- Prepare physical materials for end of life, including removing appropriate information from Systems of Record and basic decontamination such as battery and drive removal
- Lead appropriate scrapping or reuse of materials per customer waterfall initiatives following customer guidelines
- Flex to other domains to support team’s overall deliverables and customers’ requests
- Support Operation Manager on delivering Status Report and QBRs performance to SLAs and Forward looking
- Drive team to meet Kelly’s zero safety incident goal
- Proficient typing skills
- Proficient in Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Proficient in learning new software for system of record usage
