Responsibilities
- Independently perform system integration — install, configure, and troubleshoot new systems without supervision
- Own creation and maintenance of CI/CD infrastructure supporting all tools, OS deployments, and lab automation
- Independently develop and maintain automation scripts/frameworks in collaboration with engineers (not merely editing under direction)

- Independently triage complex, high-impact bugs across the test infrastructure and supporting lab environment
- Isolate root cause and deliver solutions for automation infrastructure issues
- Direct debug flow across ambiguous or cross-system failures, escalating only true unknowns

- Follows test procedures and proactively suggests corrections/improvements globally, not just within own work area
- Sets up test equipment, gathers, and interprets failure data independently
- Requires minimal supervision on complex, multi-system tasks
- Proficient in full product validation lifecycle
- Results are trusted; reviews and validates others’ work across multiple areas
- Takes initiative on next steps within (and where reasonable, beyond) the bounds of assigned tasks
- Strong Python and Linux Bash scripting ability

- Proficiency across multiple OS platforms, including Windows
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple parallel tasks
