Job Title: Inventory Clerk I (Temp-to-Hire, Onsite)
Pay:  $17.50 per hour
Schedule: 7:00 am – 4:00 pm (Overtime Expected at Month/Quarter-End)
Duration: Temporary to Hire

About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-disciplined Inventory Clerk I to join our repair and refurbishment center. In this role, you will ensure inventory accuracy through regular audits, cycle counts, and analysis. You will play an integral part in maintaining a reliable inventory balance, generating management reports, and supporting both production and shipping functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reconcile inventory discrepancies within the ERP system.

  • Investigate variance issues by collaborating with cross-functional teams and analyzing inventory movements.

  • Generate weekly reports for business and senior management.

  • Follow all established warehouse procedures to maintain control and organization.

  • Support production teams during inventory escalations and peak periods.

  • Assist with shipping activities, especially at month- and quarter-end (expect overtime as needed).

What You’ll Bring:

  • Proven experience in inventory counting, receiving, warehousing, or related functions.

  • High level of self-discipline, honesty, and consistency in work history.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including vlookup, match, and pivot tables) and PowerPoint.

  • Experience using ERP or inventory systems (Oracle experience is a plus).

  • Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work as a positive, reliable team member.

  • GED or high school diploma required if hired permanently.

Physical Requirements:

  • Comfortable performing physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.

Environment & Reporting Structure:

  • Work onsite in a production environment within the inventory team, supporting the end-to-end repair/refurbishment of MSI equipment.

  • Directly report to the Operations Manager.
