Job Title: Administrative Assistant I
Location: Columbus, OH
 


Job Responsibilities:

  • Process State or customer documents following established Standard Operating Procedures using proprietary and Microsoft suite applications.

  • Understand and rigorously follow security guidelines to protect sensitive information.

  • Create and maintain process documentation to support team efficiency and knowledge transfer.

  • Assist in resolving issues with internal and external customers, providing timely and effective solutions.

  • Collaborate with team members to support the training and implementation of new processes and policy changes.

  • Provide consultative support to customers, team members, and/or vendors, offering training on products and jurisdictional requirements as needed.

  • Analyze data to recommend process improvements and support reporting needs.

  • Participate in special projects and perform additional duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of two (2) years of customer service or related work experience.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Strong attention to detail and adherence to processes.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience creating process documentation is a plus.

  • Ability to adapt to evolving policies, procedures, and technology.
