Location: Holley, NY
Shift: 6:30 PM – 6:00 AM
Schedule: Rotating 2 days on / 2 days off / 3 days on, then repeats
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire
A manufacturing facility in Holley is hiring Production Associates for a full-time opportunity with built-in days off throughout the rotation. This is a great opportunity to start earning now, get ahead on upcoming holiday expenses, and work toward permanent employment.
What You’ll Do
- Operate production machinery
- Inspect products for quality
- Package, box, seal, and stack finished products
- Lift up to 40 lbs regularly, including some overhead lifting
- Complete production and quality paperwork
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
What We’re Looking For
- Manufacturing or production experience is a plus
- Comfortable working a 12-hour rotating schedule
- Able to regularly lift up to 40 lbs
- Reliable attendance and dependable transportation
- Ability to follow safety and quality procedures
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
