Work Hours: 02:00 PM to 10:00 PM

What’s a typical day as Production Supervisor? You’ll be:
• Supervising and coordinating daily activities of production staff to meet production targets, reporting directly to the Operations Manager.
• Monitoring workflow, productivity, and equipment performance to optimize efficiency and ensure on-time delivery of products.
• Collaborating closely with maintenance teams to prioritize repairs and minimize production downtime, while enforcing safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with at least 3+ years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Possess strong knowledge of production processes, equipment operation, and safety standards, along with the ability to work effectively with a unionized workforce of up to 30 employees.
• Hold a High School Diploma or GED; additional education such as a Certification Program, Bachelor’s Degree, or Associate Degree is preferred.
