Status: Full-time
Working Model: Hybrid (Onsite: Tuesday to Thursday)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, Standard business hours
Contract Role

About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee production workflows within our studio. In this hands-on role, you’ll be accountable for ensuring schedules, scopes, and handoffs are effectively managed across all projects. You will function as the key point of contact for brand marketers and brand managers, and as an operational partner to our Creative Director, Art Directors, and Designers.

As Project Manager, you will drive day-to-day execution, protect the creative team’s focus, and ensure every project is prepared and submitted on time for MLR review.

Key Responsibilities

  • Intake and evaluate new requests from brand teams; translate them into clear briefs, timelines, and resource plans.

  • Oversee daily production for multiple concurrent projects and channels.

  • Manage project status, priorities, and capacity on behalf of the creative team.

  • Serve as the primary liaison for brand marketers and managers.

  • Coordinate MLR submissions; monitor review cycles and oversee revisions through to approval.

  • Route final assets through Veeva and internal distribution channels.

  • Proactively identify, flag, and resolve risks related to scope, timing, and resourcing before they escalate.

  • Contribute to the evolution of studio workflows, templates, and reporting standards.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of project or account management experience within a healthcare or pharmaceutical advertising agency.

  • Hands-on experience managing pharmaceutical promotional content through MLR review.

  • Working knowledge of Veeva Vault PromoMats, and an understanding of FDA/OPDP requirements for branded and unbranded materials.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.

  • Experience working collaboratively with creative teams, providing clear and organized direction.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Workfront, Asana, or Monday.com.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in an in-house creative or content studio.

  • Exposure to modular content and content reuse workflows.

  • Experience with AI-assisted content production tools.
