Pay: Starting at $70/hr
FT or PT: Full-Time, Contract/Consultant
Location: Fully remote position, no travel required
Assignment duration: Through the end of the year, with a possibility of a 3-4 month extension
Kelly® Science & Clinical is seeking a Patient Journey Navigator for a contract position supporting our client in the innovation-driven biotech sector. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide program management support for Project Management as a Patient Journey Navigator, supporting US and Canadian sites
- Complete internal training, pass QC checks, and align with the global patient journey lead
- Lead and coordinate touchpoint calls with site staff, take meeting minutes, and design patient journeys in real time based on unique patient needs and site logistics
- Follow up with sites to expedite patient randomizations, aligning with internal stakeholders (Clinical Operations, Patient Journey Leader, Clinical Development, Clinical Sciences, Global Patient Supply, Project Management, GMP Operations, Quality Control, Quality Assurance)
- Coordinate with leads for MVR slots, randomization dates, and manufacturing start dates
- Independently manage V2V patient workflows to achieve operational excellence goals
- Complete and review randomization tables; support the global patient tracker
- Guide sites regarding EDC sections required before randomization
- Collaborate with Patient Journey Navigators (PJNs), Clinical Research Associates (CRAs), and both internal and external teams for timely OOS communications
- Serve as a knowledgeable and highly-available contact for site stakeholders, providing guidance even after hours
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 years’ clinical environment experience (sponsor/CRO as a CRA or site study coordinator)
- Proven exposure to complex oncology trials, preferably in cell therapy
- Excellent communication skills and a highly analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Flexibility to respond in a timely manner even outside standard business hours as needed (requests outside business hours or weekends are exceptional but possible)
