Forklift Operator – 2nd Shift

Location: Bloomingdale, GA
Pay: $20.50/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:00 p.m.–11:30 p.m.

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Forklift Operator to support safe and efficient warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be able to operate a sit-down forklift, box clamp, and EPJ while moving, staging, loading, unloading, and organizing products throughout the warehouse.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Safely operate a forklift, box clamp, and EPJ to move, locate, relocate, and stack products.

  • Unload inbound shipments and transport products to designated storage locations.

  • Pull, stage, and prepare products for shipment.

  • Load trailers accurately and efficiently.

  • Move products between staging and storage areas.

  • Use RF scanning equipment to maintain inventory accuracy.

  • Complete equipment inspection forms before operating machinery.

  • Assist with physical inventories and cycle counts.

  • Report inventory discrepancies and safety concerns to management.

  • Maintain proper stock rotation and accurate inventory records.

  • Follow all safety procedures and prescribed work methods.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Requirements

  • Previous forklift or warehouse equipment experience required.

  • Must be able to operate or learn to operate a forklift, box clamp, and EPJ.

  • Must be able to complete required equipment certification.

  • Basic computer and Excel skills required.

  • Experience using RF scanners preferred.

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.

  • Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.

  • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.

  • Must be able to lift and/or pull up to 50 pounds.

  • Must be able to bend, lift, stretch, and reach regularly.

  • Must be comfortable working in varying noise, lighting, and temperature conditions.

  • Must be available to work Monday through Friday on the assigned 2nd shift.
