Location: Pooler, GA
Pay: $17.50/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, day shift
Position Overview
Kelly Services is hiring an experienced Reach Truck Operator to support warehouse operations in Pooler. This position is responsible for safely moving, storing, and organizing materials while maintaining accurate inventory and a clean, safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Load and unload goods from trucks, containers, and trailers.
- Transport palletized and crated materials throughout the facility.
- Stack products in designated storage areas according to inventory procedures.
- Ensure loads are properly secured before moving or storing them.
- Stack and organize empty pallets.
- Complete daily equipment inspections.
- Recharge equipment batteries or change propane tanks as needed.
- Remove attachments, debris, and waste from machinery.
- Inspect products for quality and report any issues.
- Maintain accurate records and follow all warehouse procedures.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
Qualifications
- OSHA-compliant forklift certification required.
- At least one year of forklift or reach truck experience preferred.
- Strong reading, writing, language, and basic math skills.
- Excellent attention to safety and detail.
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain accurate records.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
