Title: Account Specialist (Inside Sales)
Pay Rate: $30/hr 
Schedule: 1st Shift | Hybrid (Monday and Friday WFH)
Location: Indianapolis, IN (Relocation not available)
Performance-Based Bonus: Earn up to $2,500 quarterly (net)

Position Overview

As an Account Specialist (Inside Sales), you play a key role in generating revenue and accelerating sales growth within the Tissue Diagnostics portfolio. In this hybrid position, you will collaborate with our field sales team, engage with laboratory and healthcare customers, and ensure their needs are met through knowledgeable support and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets

  • Communicate the value and benefits of Roche’s products and services to customers

  • Respond to customer inquiries and drive follow-up communications to close sales opportunities

  • Overcome objections and negotiate terms to secure successful deals

  • Identify, uncover, and qualify new sales leads, increasing the sales pipeline via Salesforce

  • Support ongoing customer accounts and help execute sales campaigns and programs

  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer records in Salesforce

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and resources such as SAP, Agiloft, and Tableau

  • Prepare sales contracts and service amendments promptly

  • Generate and nurture warm leads using established scripts and customer lists

  • Travel up to 10% for customer support and meetings as needed

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a scientific or related field preferred

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, telemarketing, account management, or a technical support environment

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Proven critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

  • Self-driven and able to work independently to achieve and exceed goals

  • Strong team orientation with a proactive, ownership mindset

  • Experience using CRM platforms and business software (Salesforce, SAP, Excel, Outlook)

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, regulated, matrix organization
