Shift: 1st Shift- 7-5:30pm

What’s a typical day? You’ll be:

• Assisting in production line operations to ensure accurate manufacturing of product specifications
  

• Operating equipment and technology tools to mix, grind, pack, weigh, palletize, and more—including possible forklift operation
  

• Physically moving ingredients and finished products using both equipment and manual lifting
  

• Interacting regularly with team members and managers to achieve expectations, goals, and adapt to changes
  

• Strictly adhering to Safety Policies and Procedures to maintain a safe and clean work environment
  

• Following detailed instructions for product quality, cleanliness, measurement, and process requirements
  

• Performing other related duties as assigned

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Possess excellent attention to detail and a proactive, results-oriented attitude with strong attendance and responsibility
  

• Demonstrate good communication skills and the ability to follow policy and job expectations
  

• Are eager to learn and utilize a growth mindset to master standard operating procedures and product requirements
  

• Have experience using math skills; knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP software in a production environment is a plus
  

• Can work on your feet for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform repetitive and physically demanding tasks
  

• Are comfortable working in various conditions (indoor/outdoor, heat, cold, dust, heights up to 150 feet, loud noise) with provided PPE
  

• Hold a high school diploma or GED
  

• Forklift operation experience and OSHA safety compliance knowledge are preferred
