Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $30.00 per hour
Shift: 1st shift Monday – Friday 6:30am – 3:00pm

What’s a typical day as Injection Molding Process Technician? You’ll be:
- Setting up and starting up various molding machines according to production schedules
- Installing and removing molds, ensuring proper alignment and connections
- Adjusting machine parameters for optimal performance and performing first-piece inspections to verify quality
- Troubleshooting molding and process issues to minimize downtime and maintain efficient production
- Performing routine maintenance on molds and equipment, ensuring compliance with safety standards and company procedures
- Maintaining accurate production and setup documentation
- Collaborating closely with quality, maintenance, and production teams to ensure seamless operations
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a high school diploma or GED (required)
- Bring technical training in manufacturing, plastics, or a related field (preferred)
- Offer 2+ years of injection molding setup or processing experience (preferred)
- Possess hands-on experience with injection molding machines, tooling, and troubleshooting
- Demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of plastics materials and molding processes
- Are familiar with robotics and automation systems (preferred)
- Have direct experience with machine setup, extrusion blow molding, working with multiple resins, and manufacturing bottles or similar products
