Temporary General Laborer – Cart Builder

Location: Portland, OR
Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour
Assignment Dates: September 21-24
Schedule: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Lunch: 30-minute unpaid lunch

Position Overview

We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking General Laborers for a short-term assignment with a distribution company in Portland, OR. In this role, you will assist with building and assembling carts used to support the company’s distribution operations. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble and build carts according to company specifications

  • Assist with general labor and material handling tasks

  • Move, organize, and stage materials as needed

  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment

  • Follow all workplace safety procedures and guidelines

  • Support distribution and warehouse operations as directed

Qualifications

  • Ability to perform physical labor and stand for extended periods

  • Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as required

  • Dependable attendance and punctuality

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team

  • Previous warehouse, assembly, or general labor experience is a plus but not required

Assignment Details

  • Pay: $25.00/hour

  • Dates: September 21-24

  • Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

  • Location: Portland, OR
