Kelly is seeking an Inventory Specialist to join our client’s team in Vega Baja, Puerto Rico.
If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have strong customer service skills, and are experienced in inventory control, warehouse operations, or materials management, we want to hear from you.
Pay Rate
$14.00 per hour
Assignment Length
Long-term assignment with the potential to extend up to one year.
What You’ll Do
As an Inventory Specialist, you will support storeroom and inventory operations by receiving, stocking, issuing, and tracking materials while providing excellent customer service to internal clients.
Responsibilities include:
- Receiving and verifying incoming materials against packing slips and purchase orders
- Managing inventory transactions in inventory management systems
- Pulling, staging, and issuing materials as requested
- Maintaining accurate inventory records and locations
- Performing regular cycle counts
- Supporting inventory accuracy initiatives
- Preparing materials for vendor returns and repair shipments
- Maintaining a clean and organized storeroom
- Following all safety procedures and company standards
- Providing outstanding customer service to internal stakeholders
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in inventory, warehouse, logistics, or materials management preferred
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
- Ability to learn inventory and part identification processes
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Problem-solving and analytical abilities
