Position: Assembly Operator
Location: Burlington, OH
Pay Rate: $19.00/hour
2nd Shift: 2:00pm – 10:30pm Monday-Friday

Job Description
This position offers hands-on training and the opportunity to develop your skills using small hand tools in a supportive team environment. The successful candidate will be cross-trained to work in various areas and may flex to kitting as operational needs require.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble components using small hand tools according to detailed instructions
- Accurately follow all safety and quality guidelines
- Flex between different workstations and tasks as directed
- Move to kitting assignments as needed to support production deadlines
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Comply with company policies and procedures at all times
Required Qualifications
- Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus but not required—training provided
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new assignments
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
