Pay Rate:  $33.00/hour

Shift: M-F, 7am-4:30 pm

Duration:  This position will be covering a 3-6 month leave of absence

What’s a typical day as Service Administrator? You’ll be:

  • Serving as the first point of contact with customers, promoting quality service, and assisting in increasing branch business.

  • Handling customer intakes, troubleshooting inquiries, and providing timely updates.

  • Scheduling repair appointments, coordinating drop-offs and pick-ups to ensure a seamless service experience.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have experience in customer-facing roles and demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Are adept at prioritizing tasks, flexible with changing work demands, and possess excellent conflict management abilities.

  • Bring previous experience in the service industry (service writer experience is a plus).

  • Possess strong financial acumen and maintain professionalism under pressure.

  • Hold a High School diploma or equivalent.
