Service Representative – Temp to Full-Time Opportunity
$19/hour (Opportunity for Commission After Training)
Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Location: Orlando, FL
Seeking Bilingual Candidates (Spanish/English)
About the Role:
We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Service Representative to join our team! This is a temp-to-hire position, offering competitive pay, comprehensive training, and, for experienced team members, future commission opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers and contractors with purchase selection and materials recommendations
- Prepare job cost estimates and enter work orders into our computer system
- Make sales to retail customers, contractors, and distributors; manage payment transactions
- Handle customer questions, complaints, and provide product usage insights
- Process orders, account payments, credit/debit memos, and office supply purchases
- Order and receive customer materials from vendors
- Perform take-offs for materials lists needed for buildings, roofs, and mini-storages
- Support inventory processes and investigate backorders/missing material
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Assist with light warehouse duties, including loading/unloading trucks and bending trim as needed
- Other duties as assigned by the Service Center Manager
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Spanish speaking skills are a strong asset
- Basic computer proficiency required
- Willingness to perform light physical tasks
What We Offer:
- $19/hour starting pay
