Kelly® Professional & Industrial is currently hiring Assembly Workers for a manufacturing opportunity located on Woodpark Blvd in Charlotte, NC.
This is a hands-on manufacturing position where you will assemble products and components while maintaining quality, accuracy, productivity, and safety standards. We are looking for dependable candidates who are comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Assemble products and components according to work instructions and specifications.
- Use basic hand tools and production equipment as required.
- Inspect parts and finished products for quality and accuracy.
- Identify and report damaged, defective, or incorrect components.
- Package and prepare completed products as needed.
- Maintain accurate production counts and required documentation.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous assembly, manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience preferred.
- Comfortable performing repetitive, hands-on work.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work the full assigned 1st
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with weekly pay and the potential for long-term employment based on performance, attendance, and business needs.
