Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $25/hour – $40/hour

Shift: 1st Shift, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

What’s a typical day as CNC Swiss Operator? You’ll be:

  • Setting up and operating CNC Swiss machines to produce precision components.

  • Monitoring machining operations and maintaining production efficiency.

  • Ensuring products meet customer quality specifications and standards.

  • Performing in-process inspections and maintaining accurate records.

  • Troubleshooting minor machine and process issues.

  • Participating in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.

  • Assisting in the training of new operators and team members.

  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all safety and quality procedures.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have a high school diploma or GED (preferred).

  • Bring at least 2 years of CNC Swiss machining experience (preferred).

  • Possess a strong understanding of CNC machining processes and tooling.

  • Can read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

  • Demonstrate strong math, measurement, and problem-solving skills.

  • Are proficient with basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

  • Can meet the physical requirements, including lifting up to 50 lbs and being on your feet throughout the shift.
