Warehouse Worker — Sterling, VA

$20/hour | Monday–Friday | Long-Term Opportunity

Ready to put your warehouse experience to work with a dependable team? We’re hiring a motivated Warehouse Worker in Sterling, VA who takes pride in accuracy, safety, and getting the job done right.

Schedule

  • Paid training: First 2 weeks, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM

  • Regular schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM–2:00 PM

  • Pay: $20.00 per hour

What You’ll Do

  • Receive, count, organize, and stock inbound inventory

  • Use barcode scanners to track products accurately

  • Assist with shipping, receiving, inventory, and warehouse organization

  • Arrange inventory on warehouse shelves, including using ladders safely

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-first work area

  • Work closely with the team to keep operations moving in a fast-paced environment

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 1 year of warehouse, shipping/receiving, inventory, distribution, or logistics experience

  • Experience using barcode scanners

  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and accountability

  • A mature, professional attitude and commitment to a long-term role

  • Someone dependable who takes ownership, shows initiative, and works well with others

  • Comfortable standing, bending, moving materials, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

  • Able to safely walk up and down warehouse ladders to organize inventory

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with warehouse management systems or inventory software

  • Basic computer skills

  • A safety-first mindset

  • Ability to follow directions and complete additional assigned duties

  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
