Job Title: Production Associate III/ Warehouse
Location: Carol Stream, IL
Pay Rate: $18.50 per hour
Position Type: Full-time, onsite
Schedule: 40 hours/week, 2nd shifts available
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Production Associate to join our fast-paced warehouse team in Carol Stream, IL. This role requires skilled operation of powered warehouse equipment and a commitment to safety, accuracy, and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Use RF devices and warehouse management systems for accurate product tracking.
- Handle products safely and efficiently according to documented processes.
- Assist with tasks across different operational levels as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized workplace and follow all safety protocols.
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and perform physical warehouse tasks.
- Comfortable working around moving mechanical parts, varying temperatures, and noise.
- Ability to work overtime as needed.
- Basic computer and email skills, including Microsoft Office.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Overtime as required
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with inventory cycle counting and warehouse management systems.
