Job Title: Production Associate III
Location: Carol Stream, IL
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Position Type: Full-Time, Onsite
Schedule: 40 hours/week; overtime as required

Overview:
Ingram Micro, a global leader in technology and supply chain solutions, is seeking an experienced Production Associate III to join our fast-paced warehouse team in Carol Stream, IL. This role requires skilled operation of powered warehouse equipment and a commitment to safety, accuracy, and teamwork.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate reach and order selector forklifts for inventory cycle counting, receiving, stocking, shipping, and loading

  • Use RF devices and warehouse management systems (IMFirst) for accurate product tracking

  • Handle products safely and efficiently per documented processes

  • Assist with tasks across different operational levels as needed to support the business

  • Maintain clean, organized workspace and follow all safety protocols

Requirements:

  • 1+ years’ experience operating powered warehouse equipment (reach/order selector forklifts preferred)

  • Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs frequently and perform physical tasks (standing, walking, stooping, kneeling)

  • Certified to operate powered warehouse equipment (forklifts)

  • Comfortable working in varying warehouse temperatures, with exposure to noise and moving mechanical parts

  • Ability to work overtime as needed

  • System and email access required (Microsoft Office Suite)

  • High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred:

  • Experience with inventory cycle counting and warehouse management systems

  • Licensed to drive commercial vehicles (Class B or A driver’s license) a plus
