Bilingual Assembly Worker – Charlotte, NC

Location: Woodpark Blvd, Charlotte, NC
Pay: $16.00/hour
Shift: 1st Shift, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM
Assignment Type: Temp-to-Perm
Pay Frequency: Weekly

Kelly® Professional & Industrial is hiring Assembly Workers for a manufacturing opportunity in Charlotte, NC.

This is a hands-on position responsible for assembling products and components while meeting quality, productivity, and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Assemble products and components according to work instructions and specifications.

  • Use basic hand tools and production equipment.

  • Inspect parts and finished products for quality and accuracy.

  • Identify and report damaged, defective, or incorrect components.

  • Package and prepare completed products.

  • Maintain accurate production counts and documentation.

  • Maintain a clean and safe work area.

Qualifications:

  • Previous assembly, manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience preferred.

  • Comfortable using basic hand tools and performing repetitive hands-on work.

  • Strong attention to detail and quality.

  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

  • Dependable attendance and punctuality.

  • Ability to work the full 6:30 AM–3:00 PM shift.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.

This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, with the potential for long-term employment based on performance, attendance, and business needs.
