Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $16.50/hr.
Shifts: 1st, 2nd, 3rd Shift, Standing up to 8 hours per shift

What’s a typical day as Quality Control Inspector? You’ll be:
- Operating assembly and production machinery for automotive components
- Loading and unloading small automotive parts (6–8 lbs.)
- Assembling components into machined valve bodies
- Performing visual and quality inspections using gauges, micrometers, and measuring tools
- Resetting machine faults and assisting with changeovers
- Tracking counts, lot control, and quality data
- Packing parts into dunnage and moving materials using pallet jacks
- Keeping work areas clean and safe, following all safety, quality, and production procedures
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Can read and write in English and demonstrate strong attention to detail
- Possess good hand-eye coordination and are comfortable with repetitive motion, standing, bending, and lifting
- Are able to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
- Are comfortable standing up to 8 hours per shift and lifting 6–8 lbs. continuously (10–15 lbs. occasionally)
- Are able to wear safety shoes, ESD straps, and protective equipment while working safely around machinery
- (Preferred, not required): Have a high school diploma or equivalent, manufacturing or assembly experience, basic computer skills, or experience with quality inspection, SPC, or lot control
