Job Summary

We are seeking 2 detail-oriented and analytical Pricing Administration Analysts to support a growing pricing team within a corporate organization based in Lake Forest. This is a fully remote opportunity, with a preference for candidates working in the Central or Eastern time zones.

The pricing team supports customers in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry, including major brands such as McDonald’s, Starbucks, and other national restaurant organizations.

The team is currently experiencing a high volume of pricing requests, and this role will provide critical administrative and analytical support to help keep pricing initiatives moving efficiently.

The ideal candidate is analytical, highly organized, Excel-savvy, system-oriented, and comfortable troubleshooting problems and working with large amounts of data.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain customer pricing records, including new pricing, pricing updates, and price increase information.

  • Support the pricing team with the administrative and data-management tasks associated with pricing changes.

  • Coordinate the completion, validation, and submission of pricing templates and documentation through customer portals.

  • Review pricing data for accuracy and identify discrepancies or issues.

  • Help manage data related to customer price increases and ensure information is updated accurately and efficiently.

  • Serve as a resource for pricing-related questions from Sales, Customer Service, and internal teams.

  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Service, Shared Services, Forecasting, and other departments.

  • Troubleshoot pricing and data issues and determine appropriate solutions.

  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce manual work, and improve efficiency.

  • Analyze workflows and make recommendations to improve data accuracy and team effectiveness.

  • Manage multiple pricing requests and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills with experience working with data, reporting, and spreadsheets.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and troubleshoot issues.

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent follow-through.

  • Strong computer and systems aptitude</strong>; comfortable learning new software and tools.

  • Ability to work with large amounts of data while maintaining accuracy.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple departments and stakeholders.

  • Experience in pricing administration, sales operations, customer service, data management, or a related business function is preferred.

  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM or a similar CRM/business system is a plus.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Operations, or a related field is preferred but not required.

  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment and managing multiple priorities.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will be someone who enjoys working with data, solving problems, and keeping processes organized and moving forward. This person should be highly proficient in Excel, comfortable working within multiple systems, and able to quickly identify and resolve issues.
