Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

Shift: 1st, 8am-4:30pm (Monday-Friday)

What’s a typical day as a Production Associate? You’ll be:

  • Operating, monitoring, and assisting with food processing equipment including cleaners, sorters, roasters, pasteurizers, seasoning drums, conveyors, scales, and packaging/labeling machines

  • Loading raw materials onto processing lines and handling assembly, disassembly, and cleaning of equipment for product changeovers and startup/shutdown procedures

  • Inspecting raw and finished products for quality, weighing, filling, sealing, labeling, and casing finished product while ensuring compliance with daily schedules and quality standards

  • Reporting equipment malfunctions, product inconsistencies, or safety concerns 

  • Following all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), HACCP requirements, and allergen control procedures to comply with FDA, USDA, SQF/BRC, and other food safety standards

  • Accurately completing production and quality documentation and maintaining product traceability

  • Maintaining cleanliness of workstations and production areas; performing sanitation duties and proper waste disposal

  • Practicing safe lifting and material handling, wearing required PPE, and participating in safety training

  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent (preferred)

  • Previous experience in food production, manufacturing, or warehouse environments is preferred but not required
