This is a 3 month contract with possible extension
Pay: $23 – $25/hr
Hours: Monday-Friday business hours
This position onsite in Walnut, CA must be able to commute to Walnut, CA

What’s a typical day as Customer Service Representative? You’ll be:
• Accepting customer orders via various methods (phone, internet, email, fax) and processing transactions using an order ship and bill system.
• Working closely with shipping and sales teams to follow up on customer orders and respond effectively to inquiries.
• Maintaining an efficient filing and recordkeeping system of customer orders and inventory transactions.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a minimum of three (3) years of proven customer support experience.
• Hold a High School Diploma (Associate or Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is preferred).
• Are familiar with CRM systems and Salesforce and practices, with experience in customer portals being a plus.
