Production Associate – A Shift | Peak Season
$17.00/hr + $25.50/hr Overtime | Extra Cash | Temp-to-Hire Potential

Location: Rochester, NY( limited bus line access may not align with schedule)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
Pay: $17.00/hr
Overtime Pay after 40hrs: $25.50/hr

Looking to make some extra cash during peak season while getting your foot in the door for a potential long-term opportunity?

We are hiring dependable Production Associates for a busy printing facility in Rochester. No previous production experience is required training is provided!

Peak season is expected to run through mid-December or longer based on business needs.
A SHIFT

  • Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM–2:30 PM

  • Full-time first-shift schedule

  • Mandatory weekend overtime

  • Must be flexible to work Saturday or Sunday

  • Weekend overtime hours will typically fall between 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

  • Overtime may be a few additional hours or up to an 8-hour shift depending on business needs

Job Duties

  • Operate and assist with production equipment and machinery

  • Feed and remove materials from production machines

  • Inspect products for quality and accuracy

  • Package and prepare finished products for shipment

  • Perform basic machine adjustments and follow production instructions

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

  • Follow all safety and production procedures

  • Meet daily production and quality expectations

  • Perform repetitive standing, walking, bending, lifting, and other physical tasks as needed

REQUIREMENTS

  • Reliable and dependable attendance

  • Flexibility for mandatory weekend overtime

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks

  • Reliable transportation is strongly recommended due to limited public transportation
