Job Type: Full-Time (Temp-to-Hire, 1st Shift)
Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our warehouse team in Houston, TX. In this role, you will handle day-to-day warehouse duties, assist with delivery logistics, and support inventory distribution. This is a 1st-shift, temp-to-hire opportunity offering consistent hours and competitive pay.
Key Responsibilities

Warehouse & Logistics: Handle shipping and receiving tasks, process inventory, and maintain order accuracy.

Delivery Assistance: Ride along on delivery trucks to assist drivers with unloading and delivering goods to customer locations (No driving required).

Technology & Process: Utilize basic computer tools and technology to log shipments and follow standard warehouse procedures.

Team Collaboration: Assist team members with daily operational goals and ensure safety standards are maintained.
Key Requirements & Qualifications

Education & Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent; basic reading, writing, and computer skills required.

Physical & Environmental Requirements:

Must be able to wear steel-toe shoes.

Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment (temperatures may exceed 110°F during summer months).

Clearance Requirements:

Must possess a valid driver’s license.

Ability to pass school district security background screenings to access customer school sites.
