Machine Operator I – Night Shift 
Location: Atlanta, GA
Employer: Kelly Services
Shift: 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM
Schedule: 7 shifts over a 2-week period

Summary:
Kelly Services is seeking a dependable Machine Operator I in Atlanta, GA. In this role, you will work 12-hour night shifts from 5:00 PM to 5:00 AM, totaling 7 shifts in each two-week period. Under direct supervision, the Machine Operator I is responsible for operating automated manufacturing equipment in a team-oriented environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine equipment set-up, operation, and adjustment.

  • Coordinate with team members to set up machines according to set-up sheets.

  • Ensure board loaders and feeders are loaded with correct parts; prepare for upcoming production runs.

  • Maintain and load solder screen printers; operate LSM machine to check solder paste application; enter results into relevant systems.

  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace by tubing fallout parts and performing routine cleaning tasks.

  • Monitor machine rejects and sort parts as necessary.

  • Accurately document production activities.

  • Perform basic quality auditing, testing, and troubleshooting.

  • Follow all safety and health regulations and company policies for the role.

Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Six months to one year of relevant experience; equivalent education and experience considered.

  • Ability to obtain and maintain all required job-related certifications.
