Now Hiring: Polisher (Machine Operator) (1st Shift)

? Santa Ana, CA 92705
? Pay Rate: $18.50/hour 

We are seeking a detail-oriented Polisher to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for applying high-end finishes to raw metal faucets and fixtures before the coating process, ensuring products meet strict quality standards.

Schedule

  • 1st Shift

  • Monday-Friday

  • 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Responsibilities

  • Operate large polishing lathes, buffing machines, and sandblasting equipment.

  • Grind, smooth, and polish metal surfaces to achieve a high-quality finish.

  • Use hand tools such as chisels and scrapers when necessary.

  • Inspect components under bright lighting for flaws, imperfections, and cracks.

  • Maintain production quality standards and a safe work environment.

  • Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.

  • Minimum of 1 year of production or manufacturing experience.

  • High-end metal polishing experience highly preferred.

  • Strong attention to detail and quality.

  • Must be willing to wear required PPE, including dust masks, safety glasses, and steel-toe footwear.

  • Spanish-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply.
