We’re seeking a Senior Process Development Engineer to work at a premier biotechnology organization in Juncos, PR. With us, it’s all about finding the job that’s just right.
Salary: $45.00 hr – W2
Shift: 8hrs shift | Administrative – with work schedule flexibility as required to support 24/7 operations, requiring occasional after-hours engineering coverage.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you have the following requirements:
- Master’s degree in Engineering with a minimum of 2 years of relevant engineering experience, OR Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with a minimum of 4 years of relevant engineering experience.
- Knowledge with pharmaceutical or biotech manufacturing processes and have a solid understanding of GMP/GLP standards
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with data analysis, statistical evaluation, dashboard development, and visualization tools.
- Knowledge of GMP documentation, validation principles, change control, and manufacturing data systems.
- Proficiency with digital and automation tools such as Python, SQL, Power Automate, VBA, AI-enabled tools, or similar technologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to drive data-driven process improvements across cross-functional teams.
- Strong technical documentation, written and verbal communication skills (English & Spanish)
The Senior Process Development Engineer will be responsible for independently leads process optimization, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives within manufacturing, operations, pilot plant, and capital project environments. Applies advanced engineering principles to develop and implement innovative solutions, process improvements, and system modifications. Analyzes complex operational and process data, drives data-based decision-making, and delivers technical solutions that enhance manufacturing performance, reliability, and operational efficiency. Collaborates across cross-functional teams to support validation, manufacturing readiness, and strategic engineering project
