This is a great fit for someone with welding or manufacturing experience who is looking for a stable 1st-shift position, hands-on training, and the opportunity to grow their skills in robotic welding.

Position: Robotic Welder
Location: Hartland, WI
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Shift: 1st Shift 6:00AM-2:00PM
Pay: $18–$26/hour, based on experience
What You’ll Do
As a Robotic Welder, you will operate automated welding equipment to produce quality fabricated metal components while maintaining safety and production standards.
Responsibilities include:
- Operate robotic welding equipment safely and efficiently
- Complete daily startup and shutdown procedures
- Load and unload parts into robotic welding fixtures
- Monitor welding processes for quality and consistency
- Inspect finished parts for accuracy and weld quality
- Identify and report equipment, process, or quality concerns
- Perform routine operator-level maintenance on robotic welding cells
- Follow work instructions, production standards, and safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Support continuous improvement efforts
- Assist with other production duties as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Previous welding or manufacturing experience preferred
- Robotic welding experience is a plus, but not required
- Willingness to learn robotic welding equipment and processes
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to follow work instructions and production requirements
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong commitment to safety and quality
