Electro-Mechanical Equipment Technician (On-Site Engineer)

Kelly Services W-2 Assignment with Edwards Vacuum

  • Location: Chandler, AZ

  • Pay: $24.00–$25.00 per hour

  • Type: Temp-to-Hire

  • Schedule: Must be flexible and available to work any shift, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and rotating schedules.

Job Summary

Kelly Services is seeking an Onsite Service Engineer to support Edwards Vacuum at a customer site in Chandler, Arizona. This position will install, troubleshoot, maintain, and service vacuum pumps, abatement equipment, and gas and chemical delivery systems.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and maintain electromechanical equipment.

  • Read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.

  • Use test meters, hand tools, and power tools.

  • Perform equipment installation and preventative maintenance.

  • Follow all fab, subfab, and site safety procedures.

  • Provide professional customer service and technical support.

  • Work effectively independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.

  • Associate degree required; full military equivalent may substitute.

  • One to three years of experience in electronics, electrical, mechanical, electromechanical, chemical, gas, refrigeration, vacuum systems, or a related technical field.

  • Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills.

  • Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.

  • Ability to work in confined or awkward spaces for extended periods.

  • Willingness to complete training to work at heights using approved fall-protection equipment.

  • Successful completion of a physical capability assessment and drug screen required.

This is a W-2 temporary-to-hire opportunity through Kelly Services supporting Edwards Vacuum. Final requirements and shift schedules are subject to customer approval.
