LTL Forklift Order Picker

Location: Riverside, MO
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Overtime: Overtime is scheduled earlier in the day rather than later. Start times may be as early as 6:00 AM when overtime is needed.

We are hiring an experienced LTL Forklift Order Picker to join a warehouse team in Riverside, Missouri. This position is ideal for a dependable and safety-focused warehouse professional who is looking for stable, long-term employment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Operate a stand-up forklift to pick, move, stage, and organize warehouse materials

  • Pull and prepare orders for less-than-truckload shipments

  • Safely load, unload, and transport products throughout the warehouse

  • Verify product quantities and order details

  • Maintain accurate and organized inventory locations

  • Follow all warehouse safety procedures and operating guidelines

  • Keep the work area clean and organized

  • Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Previous stand-up forklift experience is required

  • Prior forklift order-picking or LTL warehouse experience is preferred

  • Ability to independently lift and move up to 50 pounds safely and without straining

  • Comfortable standing, walking, bending, reaching, and working in a warehouse environment

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety

  • Reliable attendance and punctuality

  • Demonstrated stable work history; candidates with at least two years with previous employers are strongly preferred

  • Must have or be willing to obtain steel-toe shoes for work on the warehouse floor

This is a great opportunity to join a stable warehouse team with consistent weekday hours and opportunities for overtime. Overtime is typically completed earlier in the day, allowing employees to maintain their afternoons and evenings.
