Stand-Up / Reach Truck Forklift Operator

Location: Wilmington, Illinois
Shift: 2nd Shift, Monday–Friday, 12:00 p.m.–8:30 p.m.
Pay: $22.25 per hour
Employment Type: Temporary-to-hire opportunity based on performance

We are seeking an experienced Stand-Up / Reach Truck Forklift Operator to join our team in Wilmington, Illinois. This is a possible temporary-to-hire opportunity for a reliable, safety-focused individual who demonstrates strong performance, consistent attendance, and a positive, team-player attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate stand-up and reach truck forklifts.

  • Load, unload, move, and organize products and materials.

  • Follow all safety procedures and warehouse guidelines.

  • Complete assigned work accurately and efficiently.

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.

  • Work cooperatively with team members and supervisors.

  • Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • At least 1–2 years of solid stand-up/reach truck forklift experience.

  • Strong commitment to workplace safety.

  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.

  • Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.

  • Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift.

  • Ability to bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Schedule and Pay

  • Monday–Friday

  • 12:00 p.m.–8:30 p.m.

  • $22.25 per hour

This position may become permanent based on performance, attendance, and overall good team-player attitude.
