Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour (1-year Contract)

Shift: 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM, Monday-Friday, OT if requested by manager

What’s a typical day as a Material Coordinator? You’ll be:

• Monitoring order queues and workflow progression to ensure timely completion of customer orders.
  

• Coordinating daily department activities, tracking action items, and following up to ensure completion.
  

• Serving as a point of contact between production employees and support teams, communicating process updates and operational information.
  

• Tracking and reporting on key metrics such as on-time delivery, backlog, aged orders, and service levels.
  

• Assisting with department KPIs, productivity, quality, safety, and delivery measure tracking.
  

• Coordinating employee training schedules and supporting compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  

• Identifying process gaps, recommending improvements, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
  

• Monitoring office and operational supply needs and supporting workforce planning and department scheduling as needed.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have prior experience in material coordination, production support, or a related administrative/operational role.
  

• Possess strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
  

• Are comfortable wearing metatarsal safety boots and supporting a safety-conscious work environment.
  

• Demonstrate the ability to coordinate cross-functional activities and adapt to changing priorities.
  

• Are detail-oriented and proactive in identifying and resolving issues.
  

• Have experience tracking KPIs, supporting audits, and maintaining compliance with policies and procedures (preferred but not required).
