Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour (1-year Contract)

Shift: 1st shift hours during training period 7:00am – 3:30pm. After training is completed, hours are flexible.

What’s a typical day as Packaging Coordinator? You’ll be:

• Serving as a key link between channel partners and the company, resolving issues related to service parts orders, product configuration, and shipments.
  

• Measuring parts in the warehouse and entering data into the packaging specification application.
  

• Receiving instructions and lists from Analysts to review specific parts and locations.
  

• Producing, updating, and providing best practice support on Microsoft documents, databases, and other departmental systems.
  

• Designing your own monthly schedule and potentially assigning tasks to others to optimize workflow.
  

• Using data management systems, collecting and analyzing data, and ensuring supply chain activities are carried out efficiently.
  

• Operating complex equipment and supporting various facilities management activities.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have basic experience coordinating the work of others (4–6 months preferred, but recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
  

• Possess strong computer skills, especially in Excel, and can handle data entry and analysis.
  

• Demonstrate sound decision-making skills and attention to detail.
  

• Hold an associate or bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, supply chain, or have equivalent work experience.
  

• Are physically able to lift up to 50 lbs, drive a small battery-operated vehicle (like a golf cart), and are comfortable being on your feet for about 50% of the day.
  

• Are able to work 100% onsite in a warehouse environment and can occasionally travel to nearby offsite warehouses (within 10 miles).
  

• Can provide your own metatarsal safety shoes; other PPE will be supplied.
