Warehouse Associate – Picking & Packing – Columbus, Ohio
$18.00/hr + $100 bonus for completing the drug test within 48 hours
Location: 4380 Old Roberts Rd Columbus, Ohio
Schedule: Monday–Friday, day shift
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Bonus: $100 bonus if taking drug test within 48 hours of receiving it! Will be deposited in your 1st pay check.

You’ll help ensure customer orders are picked accurately, packed securely, and prepared for shipment—all while working in a safety-focused, team-oriented environment.
Schedule Options
- Picking: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
- Packing: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
- Steel-toe boots are required

What You’ll Do
As a Warehouse Pick & Packer, you will:
- Pick products accurately using daily order reports and a remote headset
- Verify items and pack products carefully to prevent damage
- Apply shipping labels and prepare packing slips and other documentation
- Locate overages and pull shortages to complete customer orders
- Move completed cartons to the conveyor belt
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
- Work as part of a team and remain flexible to cross-train in other warehouse functions
What You’ll Need
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to stand and walk throughout an 8-hour shift
- Ability to lift and maneuver up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work effectively with a diverse team
- Previous warehouse or distribution experience is preferred
- Steel-toe boots
