Warehouse Operator – Overnight 7-on/7-off Schedule

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Warehouse Operator to support warehouse and manufacturing operations. This role involves receiving, documenting, preparing, packaging, and shipping products, as well as operating forklifts and other material-handling equipment.

The position will begin with an initial training schedule of approximately 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. After training, hours will gradually expand into 12-hour shifts as the employee transitions to the permanent 6:00 p.m.–6:00 a.m., seven-days-on/seven-days-off schedule. The timing of each transition will depend on the client’s training capabilities and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow all on-site food safety, health and safety, GMP, and PPE requirements.
  

• Work safely in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment.
  

• Operate forklifts to move palletized products, totes, and other materials.
  

• Operate material-handling equipment for product movement.
  

• Perform basic mathematical calculations accurately.
  

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  

• Receive and document bulk and palletized shipments.
  

• Inspect incoming packages for damage, discrepancies, or improper documentation.
  

• Inspect incoming bulk tankers for proper washing and required documentation.
  

• Prepare, document, and ship transfer trucks containing bulk and palletized products.
  

• Document shipments in an organized and efficient manner.
  

• Use email to communicate with the operations team.
  

• Print documentation and labels for order preparation and batch manufacturing.
  

• Package and label 55-gallon drums and product totes.
  

• Prepare pallets of 55-gallon drums using steel straps and shipping labels.
  

• Set up bulk liquid transfers using hoses and pumps in a safe and efficient manner.
  

• Blend products in tanks, totes, and drums using multiple liquid and solid components measured according to batch tickets.
  

• Clean up spills using absorbent pads and sump pumps.
  

• Collect product samples to support formulation and quality activities.
  

• Perform other warehouse and manufacturing support duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills

• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, shipping, receiving, or material-handling experience preferred.
  

• Forklift experience or certification preferred.
  

• Ability to follow safety procedures, written instructions, batch tickets, and shipping documentation.
  

• Basic math skills and strong attention to detail.
  

• Ability to use email and print documents and labels.
  

• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  

• Ability to work independently and as part of an operations team.
  

• Willingness to work overnight 12-hour shifts and a seven-days-on/seven-days-off rotation.
  

• Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment.
  

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
