Injection Molding Operator (1st shift)
Location: Bristol, RI 02809
Work Schedule: Mon to Fri / 1st Shift: 6:30 am to 5:30 pm
Pay rate: $22/h
Contract: W2 under staffing supplier; with a 3-month duration (temp to hire)
Qualifications
-
Education: High School Diploma / GED.
-
Experience: 3–5+ years in injection molding, thermoplastic processing, mold setup, basic machine maintenance, robotics, and forklift operation.

Skills: Excellent communication, strong attention to detail, 5S/FOD adherence, ability to lift 50 lbs, and high attendance reliability.
Responsibilities
-
Operations: Set up and operate injection molding machines, auxiliary equipment, robots, and packaging machinery to maintain production schedules.

Quality & Monitoring: Monitor machine settings (temperature, pressure, cycle time), perform heat treating/curing, and complete detailed quality inspection reports.

Safety & Maintenance: Perform basic maintenance, comply with PPE/safety regulations, complete paperwork, and maintain a clean 5S workspace with minimal supervision.
