Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and being part of a team that helps deliver fresh, high-quality products to customers? We are hiring Bakery Production Associates for a boutique grocery store in Bellevue, WA.

This position is ideal for individuals who are dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoy hands-on work. You will play an important role in preparing bakery items for sale by packaging products, applying labels, and ensuring displays are stocked and presentation-ready.

Job Responsibilities

  • Package and prepare bakery products for retail sale.

  • Accurately apply labels to bakery items according to store standards.

  • Inspect products for quality and presentation before packaging.

  • Maintain clean and organized work areas within the bakery department.

  • Assist with stocking bakery products and replenishing displays as needed.

  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.

  • Support the bakery team with additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.

  • Strong attention to detail, especially when labeling and packaging products.

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.

  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.

  • Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.

  • Previous food service, bakery, grocery, or production experience is a plus but not required.

Schedule

  • Shifts are generally scheduled between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM

  • 20-40 hours per week

  • Weekend availability is required
