Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated finance professional to join our Client’s hyper-growth organization. This is an expansive opportunity to gain broad exposure across multiple FP&A disciplines. You will foster essential FP&A skillsets, develop insightful reporting and analytics to influence decision-making, assist in building financial models for new business concepts, partnerships and acquisitions, and assess their impact on business profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate results to plan, drive variance analysis, and partner with Marketing business leaders to execute plans.
  

• Analyze historical, current, and projected financial data for planning, forecasting, and management decision-making.
  

• Perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end FP&A close activities, including journal entry preparation and forecasting related to headcount and operating expenses.
  

• Establish regular reviews with business partners to analyze monthly actuals, forecast variances, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
  

• Understand standard accounting principles and policies; collaborate with global accounting partners to maintain proper processes, procedures, and controls.
  

• Review purchase requisitions in iBuy for funding and accuracy of GL accounts and cost centers.
  

• Support improvements to existing reporting and budget processes through adoption of new systems, tools, and techniques.
  

• Assist in creating finance process documentation, training guides, and resources.
  

• Provide ad hoc reporting and analytics support to executive management and department leaders as needed.

Knowledge & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or equivalent.
  

• 3–5 years of relevant FP&A experience.
  

• Proficient in data analysis and prior experience with financial and ad hoc analyses using database and financial reporting tools.
  

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (macros, pivots, lookups); strong systems acumen, preferably with SAP and/or BI.
  

• Highly analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to develop innovative ideas into effective outcomes.
  

• Understanding of accounting processes, procedures, and internal controls.
  

• Self-motivated and adept at managing shifting priorities, effective results under tight deadlines, and diverse, fast-paced assignments.
  

• Excellent interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication.
  

• Logical problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn.
