Stockroom Coordinator
Keep parts moving and the stockroom organized. Casa Herrera is seeking a detail-oriented Stockroom Coordinator to support parts scheduling and release, purchasing requests, and accurate inventory records.
In this hands-on coordination role, you’ll work closely with stockroom, receiving, shipping, and customer service/expediting teams. You’ll maintain the department database and support inventory control, parts exchanges, and stockroom procedures. This role coordinates workflow but does not include direct supervision of employees.
 
Pay: $30 per hour
Schedule: 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m.
Employment type: Temp-to-hire
 
Position Summary
Reporting to the VP of Finance/CFO, the Stockroom Coordinator supports daily stockroom operations by coordinating the scheduling and release of parts, requisitioning purchased parts, and maintaining accurate inventory records and procedures.
 
Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate workflow with Stockroom Clerks, the Receiving Clerk, Shipping Clerk, and Customer Service Expeditor.

  • Coordinate parts scheduling, release, and requisitioning to support manufacturing operations.

  • Maintain inventory-control records, department databases, and system procedures.

  • Provide technical and procedural support related to inventory control and parts exchanges.

 
Qualifications

  • At least five years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

  • Experience coordinating tasks or delegating work is a plus; direct supervisory experience is not required.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

  • ERP system knowledge preferred; Made2Manage (M2M) experience is a plus.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
