Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $19.00–$20.00/hr | Weekly Pay
Shift: Monday–Friday | 7:00AM-3:30PM | Full-Time

What’s a typical day as Powder Coat Paint Support? You’ll be:

• Loading parts onto the conveyor line and preparing them for powder coating, including taping, plugging, and bonding as needed.
  

• Ensuring parts are clean and dry before entering the paint/powder coat spray booth.
  

• Unloading parts from the conveyor line, inspecting for 100% quality, and delivering parts with proper documentation.
  

• Handling and reworking defective parts according to established policies.
  

• Utilizing area tools and equipment, such as forklifts, drill presses, power drills, air tools, grinders, and pressure washers.
  

• Deburring, grinding, and cleaning sheet metal parts requiring touch-up or rework.
  

• Adjusting cleaning solutions and assisting with paint color changeovers.
  

• Performing routine checks and following standard processes in the powder coat area.
  

• Reading and understanding blueprints and written specifications (including metric).
  

• Supporting 5S and preventive maintenance activities, as well as shop floor management improvements.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have previous experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment; experience in powder coating or metal preparation is strongly preferred.
  

• Are able to stand for extended periods, bend, and lift up to 70 lbs.
  

• Can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  

• Are comfortable using MS Office products and familiar with quality and lean manufacturing techniques (a plus).
  

• Are detail-oriented, safety-focused, and committed to delivering high-quality results.
