Job Summary

Kelly Services is seeking a dependable Production Associate to support manufacturing and production operations in Dickson, TN. This role involves assembling and packaging products, operating equipment, performing quality inspections, handling materials, and maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform assigned production, assembly, packaging, and material-handling tasks.
  

• Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery according to established procedures.
  

• Inspect products to ensure they meet quality specifications.
  

• Identify and report defects, quality concerns, or production issues.
  

• Follow work instructions, standard operating procedures, and safety guidelines.
  

• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility as needed.
  

• Maintain accurate production records and complete required documentation.
  

• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
  

• Assist with equipment setup, changeovers, and minor troubleshooting.
  

• Meet productivity, quality, and attendance expectations.
  

• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
  

• Participate in team meetings and training.
  

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
  

• Ability to read, write, and understand basic work instructions.
  

• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  

• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
  

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred

• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, or production experience.
  

• Experience operating production equipment or industrial machinery.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during the shift.
  

• Ability to frequently bend, stoop, reach, push, and pull.
  

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  

• Ability to perform repetitive motions involving the hands, wrists, and arms.
  

• Ability to work in varying temperatures and manufacturing conditions, depending on the facility.

Work Environment

• Manufacturing or production facility environment.
  

• Personal protective equipment, or PPE, must be worn as designated.
  

• Overtime, weekend work, or schedule changes may be required based on production demands.
