Shift: 5:30am-2pm, Day shift.
Duration:  6 months

What’s a typical day as Production Operator? You’ll be:

• Formulating, filling, testing, and packaging chemical and biological reagent products according to operational plans and customer demand.
  

• Following established operation procedures and maintaining accurate training and production records.
  

• Executing daily production plans to meet due date conformance and quality standards.
  

• Reading and following work instructions, engineering drawings, SOPs, and other specifications while maintaining compliance with FDA and ISO requirements.
  

• Performing set-up, calibration, and troubleshooting of reagent components and instruments.
  

• Conducting solution testing (pH, conductivity, density) to ensure process specifications are met.
  

• Working cooperatively with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure emphasis on quality.
  

• Identifying and recommending quality and process improvements.
  

• Training new team members and participating in Lean Manufacturing initiatives.
  

• Maintaining a safe and clean working environment and completing all required paperwork.
